WHEN KENDAL CALLS

We’ve worked all year we’ve had to fight
But now we’ve really earned the right
To party hard into the night
In this beautiful part of the world

We’ll leave the stressful world behind
Then we’ll successfully unwind
And feel a festival blow our minds
In this beautiful part of the world

We’ll bring guitars and glitter balls
We’ll bring our art and hearts and all
From near and far when Kendal Calls us
To this beautiful part of the world

We’ll drum and basecamp over there
But wear as little as we dare
Just smiles and flowers in our hair
In this beautiful part of the world

We’ll laze around, do crazy things
We’ll chase around in painted wings
Amaze our soul and make it sing!
In this beautiful part of the world

We’ll put the funk back into fun
We’ll rub-a-dubstep in the sun
We’ll rave with lasers set to stun
In this beautiful part of the world

We’ll find a stranger, share a kiss
We’ll grind to bass lines made of bliss
All kinds of ace times made from this
In this beautiful part of the world

A special smile on every face
For special times, a precious place
We’ll leave our hearts but leave no trace
In this beautiful part of the world

So love and laugh as loud guitars
Inspire a choir they’ll hear on Mars
To sing our songs beneath the stars
From this beautiful part of the world

And dance at dawn until it breaks!
Until the very mountain shakes!
Until our love fills all the lakes!
And plays… a beautiful part in this world!
